The Chinese coach of Iran national women’s Football team proclaimed
Iran’s women football team will be one of Asia’s best.

While the women’s football team preparing itself for the West Asia’s Tournament, on Monday afternoon in a friendly match will play against Azerbaijan team. Before this game, Iran’s team in another preparatory game, in Ararat Stadium, had played against Jordan’s football team and won with the result of 3 to 2.
In this relation we will heart Ms. J’s commentary about her players in Iran’s women football team.
Q: Ms. Jo based on our match against Jordan how do you see your team? How was their performance?
A: From the time I have started my job with Iran’s women national team this was our first official game. I am very satisfied with my players. Despite the fact that it is only 9 months passed our first practice session they had progressed a lot and their endless efforts in the field is a clear evidence for this progress. We had two wins against Jordanian’s team, the team that carried the title of the champion within the West Asia.
Q: Although we have won that game it seems that the team does not play in harmony. What are your plans in order to over come this problem in such a short time?
A: Yeas we still have some problems in that area and we will try to solve them in our practices. Of course we cannot resolve the whole problem in a short period but I believe in my player and the effort they put into our exercises.
Q: How do you think playing against Azerbaijan will help our team for the Asian Tournament?
A: Every single preparatory game will help our team to work in more coordination. And of course we need to gain more experience. These games, whatever their outcomes are, help us to see our mistakes and weaknesses and we can start to work on them.
Q: How do you see the future of Iran women’s football national team?
A: be sure that if we progress in the same manner Iran’s women football team will be one of Asia’s best and the most powerful teams.
